ABM Alliance, a leading B2B events partner for technology firms and solution providers, was founded in 2020 by Gabriel Pike and Jack Thompson. With over 40 years of combined experience in curating B2B events, 2025 is set to be their most pivotal year yet as they set to make strides in the industry, starting with their new home, a riverside office in the centre of Bristol.
Challenge
ABM’s new office has been acquired as part of their growth plans in the events industry and their hope for the new premises, was that it would create a more efficient working environment for their staff to thrive, as well as assisting in attracting new talent to the business. To facilitate this, ABM decided that they needed to create an environment that portrayed their personality as a brand as well as a space that fostered creativity and collaboration.

In order the move forwards with the project at pace, ABM approached Bluestone to support them with a flexible finance solution which would enable them to create an office space that fulfilled their vision.

Solution
Finance played a pivotal role in helping ABM achieve the perfect space without sacrificing a large upfront capital investment. With the business being on a trajectory of substantial growth and many exciting plans on the horizon, it was important for them to access a facility that enabled them to spread the cost of the project over time, whilst maintaining capital within the organisation for investment in other areas.

They needed a solution that was quick, simple, and flexible, minimising disruption while enabling them to continue delivering their high standard of service. As such, they moved forward with a £750,000 finance lease to undertake the works which included a complete fit-out of the office, including new furniture.

The works were completed by Kerr Office Group Ltd, a Swindon based provider of top-quality office interiors with over 30 years’ experience delivering inspirational and successful workspaces and commercial environments.
