Tom has a wealth of industry knowledge and spent several years working across commercial lending, with experience at Newable, Satago and Just Cash Flow. In these roles, he has worked closely with business owners to navigate their day-to-day funding needs, gaining a deep understanding of how different businesses operate and what practical support can make the biggest impact.

What stood out to Tom about Bluestone was the genuine culture and the focus on real conversations and long-term relationships.

He thrives on building relationships that people can rely on and is motivated by seeing the difference the right financial support can make to a business.

Outside of work, Tom spends most of his time with his growing family, enjoys playing the piano and catching up on TV series.
