Getting to know Natasha

Natasha has been with Bluestone since March 2022 with over eight years of experience in Marketing and PR across the finance, sustainability, and builders merchant industries.

“I was attracted to working at Bluestone because of how much pride the company took in its employees and their development – I knew I would continue to learn and develop in my role. They had grand plans for their marketing, and I felt it was a great time to join and be part of something exciting.”

Supporting the marketing, content and brand development for the company, Natasha works closely with every team to deliver content for customers and partners.

The world of work

Natasha’s first job was as a waitress before moving into the world of finance after university at Lombard. Her passion was to move into a marketing role, and she went on to begin her career in the industry at a builder’s merchant in Oxford, focusing on kitchen and bathroom showrooms.

“I love that no two days are the same in marketing and you always get the opportunity to try something new –things are always positively evolving at Bluestone.”

The early days  

Growing up in Barnsley, Natasha moved down south after university, spending over seven years in Oxford/London before moving back up north to her roots. Her favourite subject at school was English, particularly creative writing.

“My dissertation at University was essentially writing stories which I loved!”

Trying out a few hobbies when younger (swimming competitively, horse-riding, trampolining, dancing) she settled on taking spin classes at the gym instead and more recently, yoga (with some occasional running thrown in.)

Life outside of work  

Natasha has a keen interest in yoga and is currently undergoing a 200hr yoga qualification to go on and teach classes on and offline.

On her bucket list:

“I would love to write and publish a book one day but I’m forever changing my mind on what it would be about!”
