Hayley has been our Content Marketing Executive since early 2021 helping us to explain and promote how we can help UK organisations through content for our website, social media, email campaigns and printed marketing collateral.
This can also include putting together bespoke marketing materials for our partners to help them offer finance to their customers.
Which person do you most admire and why? ‘David Attenborough – he has dedicated his long career to exploring and educating us about the natural world and the amazing creatures we share it with. He’s very inspiring and will leave an incredible legacy behind.’
What’s your perfect weekend? ‘There’s a beautiful waterfall in the middle of a forest near Whitby in North Yorkshire called Falling Foss; there’s an outdoor café where you can sit and enjoy beautiful food and drink while you watch the waterfall. You can also walk through the forest and paddle in the babbling brooks. I go there as often as I can with my family and two dogs – and if we have time to visit Whitby while we’re up there that’s even better.’
What experience is at the top of your bucket list? ‘I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember but I’ve never tried to get anything published. I particularly enjoy making up stories for the children in my family so if I could get some of those published one day I’d be over the moon. Then again, if my family are the only ones who remember my stories, that’s still a pretty good legacy to leave behind.'
