My Healthcare Clinic provide a unique, private primary healthcare clinic model that delivers dental, medical and specialist services from a single, integrated site.

Having opened its pilot clinic in Wandsworth in 2014, the company is embarking on an ambitious plan to open several new clinics in select locations across London and the UK over the next 5 years.

The Solution

The business recognised the importance of using finance in order to retain as much capital as possible to fuel and fund the growth and in fact had secured finance for a new 2,300 sq. ft. site in Fulham. Having originally been introduced by their air conditioning supplier, we were able to use our expertise to advise the business on the offer they had tabled and examine alternative options available to them.

We identified aspects of the facility which the client was not comfortable with and, working with our extensive funding panel, we were able to secure funding which was much more suitable for them within days of being given the brief. The project was extremely complicated with a good number of different suppliers and, due to the timing of our engagement, some suppliers already part paid or paid in full.

We were able to arrange for these invoiced to be refinanced and the cash released back to the business. For the remaining payments and suppliers, a comprehensive staged payment plan was drawn up with each supplier paid promptly and on time but with the customer retaining ultimate sign off.

All the payments were administered and managed by the Bluestone team freeing up My Healthcare Clinic to concentrate on opening up their new site. Finally, the facility was structured so that the client did not have to start their repayments until the end of the project, which took three months to deliver.
